Goals and Objectives

1. Provide a forum for leaders and educators seeking to advance professional development of teaching anesthesiologists.
2. Develop a SEA "product" on professional development tools, such as the educational portfolio.
3. Identify new concepts and resources in professional development for anesthesiology educators.
4. Assist members in finding resources for their professional development issues.
